The Academy Programme bundles are 100% web-based and require only a web browser supporting HTML5 and internet access.
By registering for one of our free academic bundles, you will get full access to our BPM / EA tool, as well as all our expert materials and academic resources that will support you in curating and delivering your course. An account will be created for you as an instructor in which you and your students can work together.
If you have more than one course, please indicate this during your registration, so that all courses can be made available under a single account. Your access information will be sent to you via e-mail after registration. Once you log into the tool, you can provide access to your students or additional course lecturers. Please note the applicability of BOC Group’s terms and conditions.
BOC Group was founded more than 25 years ago as a spin-off of the University of Vienna. Since then, we have been deeply involved in education, research and spreading knowledge alongside our commercial offerings. Many of our employees are currently active as lecturers or guest lecturers. The constant information exchange with national and international academic institutions, as well as our vast experience in research projects is a valuable asset for all. We are happy to be able to give something back and have this opportunity to provide lecturers with free platforms and content for Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture through our BOC academic bundles.

Of course! The master user (i.e. person who requested the academic account) can easily create, edit or remove users from the “Account Administration” scenario inside the tool.
BOC Group offers different opportunities through expert webinars and online trainings. In addition, we also host various regional events, where customers, partners and interested parties get together to exchange ideas and experiences. Details on our upcoming events – digital or physical – can be found on the Events page of our website. If you are a lecturer in our Academy Programme, you will also receive all information about upcoming events, where you are most welcome.

Both the lecturers and all students have access to the same database. The structure of the database is organized in the following manner:
Lecturers have access to two separate areas or folder groups: Teacher and Example. The Teacher area is limited in terms of access and cannot be seen by the other participants, whereas the Example area is more flexible and can be used for sharing content between the professor and the students (e.g. useful for examples, assignments, etc.).
Students on the other hand, only have one area – consisting of their group folder. A group can consist of one or more students. A student cannot see the folder of another student group.
Student groups can be used for assignments (e.g. a single student per group) or for collaboration (more students in one group). A student can also be a member of several groups.
No, the access to our academic bundles and everything they entail is 100% free.
Absolutely not! Keeping your work protected and safe is one of our top priorities. Therefore, it will always remain 100% yours and untouched from our side.
