Since 2015, kununu has been awarding top companies with the Top Company seal of approval every year, and this time we are very happy to be among them! The companies are selected according to strict criteria, such as a minimum score of 3.8 stars, a minimum number of reviews and a minimum number of reviews in the last year. We have fulfilled all criteria and our kununu score is also impressive: 4.3 stars for our headquarters in Vienna and 4.5 for our office in Berlin and with a recommendation rate of 96% and 100% respectively, this is really impressive. The IT industry average is 3.8 stars, so BOC Group is clearly above average Not only that we can show a better score than the industry average, but also excellent results in terms of corporate culture, work-life balance and interaction with each other, is a great response for us as a company.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our colleagues and former employees in particular, because without them we would not have made it into the top 5% of companies on kununu.
