Rollout of Process Management and ADONIS at the same time in ANDEL (dos and don’ts)

A Process Management team was established to conduct rollout in a large Danish utility company, who wants to improve ways of working, increase process maturity and to realize this strategy. Topics of the lecture are:

• How we came to choose ADONIS as our company process management tool, going from baseline
  standards to meet company governance.
• Explain why we chose to combine the implementation, with a large ERP project, and doing so in
  the last two years.
• Hoping to share our experience in how this journey went, and what now lies ahead.
